Full Planning Permission granted for change of use and extension to large commercial premises in Odiham, Hampshire. The approval marks the first stage of a sustainable development strategy for the site.

Proposals approved for refurbishment project in Belsize Park, featuring large open plan living space and expansive glazing overlooking gardens. Construction to start early 2011.
11th November 2010 - Urban re-generation proposals approved at Sunbury Cross TW16....
Commissioned by Lotus Landscapes Ltd, Goater Jones proposals for contemporary redevelopment of 100sqm urban space are approved by Spelthorne District Council. The park development centres around the historic Clock Tower monument (1897) and features a spiral designed floor motif, LED lighting scheme and an eco-friendly curvilinear acoustic fence formed from recycled wood plastic composites (WPC).

25th October 2010 – Garden Centre planning application submitted....
Application for Non-material amendments submitted for Redfields Garden Centre. The re-design focuses on the concept of bringing plants into the heart of the retail building, improving the relationships between indoor and outdoor. Green vistas will be created, with 480 sqm restaurant integrated into the plant retail spaces.

14th September 2010 - Goater Jones appointed on 75 units scheme in Farnham, Surrey....
Goater Jones kicks off with pre-application advice with Hart County Council for a major new residential development scheme. The high density scheme is comprised of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom houses and flats centred around a community green, 40% of the units are allocated as affordable.

New employee George Holland previously at Paul Brooks Architects joins Goater Jones as an Architect Assistant. A Cardiff University graduate, George brings with him excellent experience on top-end residential developments and a strong eco-agenda.

Goater Jones is looking for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant. The successful candidate will be a good communicator, enthusiastic, able to use their own initiative and willing to take on responsibility. This role would suit somebody who is creative and innovative with a passion for design. Proficiency in Vectorworks and 3D Studio Max required. 6th June 2010 – Redfields Garden Centre handover to Blue Diamond....
Goater Jones major client Redfields Garden Nurseries Ltd has completed on a handover deal with retail operator Blue Diamond Ltd. The deal secures the redevelopment of the Redfields Garden Centre site, works are scheduled to commence Autumn 2010.
